Jacobs is hiring for a User Experience Designer to join our team in Huntsville, AL OR Chantilly, VA!

Responsibilities:

• Works with the development team to build mock-ups of intuitive interfaces
• Works across case management development teams to provide a consistent look and feel
• Reviews user experience feedback and adjusts accordingly
• Works with users to understand use cases
• Updates and maintains style guides
• Works with the development teams to ensure 508 compliant designs
• Works with the development teams on responsive designs based on current best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related analytical, scientific, or technical discipline
• 7 years of experience analyzing large-scale enterprise systems for usability
• 5 years of experience developing wireframes and mockups
• Experience with responsive design
• Experience writing production-quality HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Experience with working knowledge using these technologies:
  • JAVA
  • HTML
  • CSS
  • JAVA Script
  • 508 compliances

Clearance Requirement: TS

This position requires a Top-Secret security clearance, based on current background investigation (SBI). Clearance processing will be completed by the U.S. Government. Factors considered for a U.S. Government Security Clearance include, but are not limited to:

• U.S. Citizenship (Required)

• Education Verification

• Credit Check
