As a User Experience Designer, you will bring expertise on the discipline including interaction design and research methods to provide actionable insights that result in winning new designs and design improvements. You will work to create and improve the design, usability, usefulness, and desirability of web applications in collaboration with product managers, software engineers, user experience designers, and user interface developers. You should be extremely collaborative, demonstrate some tech savvy, and have empathy for the customer.
This is an opportunity to join cross-functional product teams in the development and ongoing enhancement of software applications used primarily by engineers of various types. The initial project will focus on improving engagement of users in subscription B2B information services delivered through large-scale online platforms. Most projects will be conducted remotely from anywhere. Most testing will need to be conducted during North American time zones.
Responsibilities

• Collaborate as a key member of a product discovery team
• Work with product management team to plan user research, usability tests, develop success criteria, analyze results and provide recommendations
• Collect testing needs and requirements from product teams to gain an understanding of business goals and objectives
• Proactively identify methods, tools and solutions for how to improve the usability assessments of business applications and effective sharing and dissemination of test results
• Solid organization, project management and planning skills with web application implementations
• Self-directed with effective time management skills
• Proven ability and desire to work effectively as a member of a team
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-paced, highly interactive environment

Education

• BA/BS or MA/MS in related field required
• Qualifying fields include but are not limited to: User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interface Design, or Computer Science.

• For work locations in the state of Colorado, the anticipated minimum base salary for this role would be $74,067. Compensation will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the applicant.

Compensation/Benefits Information:
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $58,300 - $133,100. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.
