Hawke Media, one of the fastest growing Marketing companies in the U.S., needs a smart, hard-working, web/digitally savvy individual to help us manage Marketing and E-Commerce websites for our small-business clients. As a member of the Creative team at Hawke, you’ll bring a passion for online shopping, marketing, and helping companies grow. This role will involve interacting with Designers, Copywriters, Developers, and Clients - you must be able to understand project needs and convey essential goals and milestones quickly. No programming or design skills are required, but understanding these roles is important.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain websites
• Post and manage content
• Perform UX/UI audits and make recommendations
• Evaluate, install, and set up themes and plugins
• Organize, upload/import client product information
• Import and export content from/to a variety of sources (Google docs, Excel, others)
• Interface with clients and maintain relationships

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven work experience with Shopify and WooCommerce is a must, other e-commerce platforms a big plus
• Experience with HotJar or other similar UX heat mapping tools
• Basic understanding of visual page builders
• Ability to understand various client business models and help set up e-commerce backend
• Understanding fulfillment and shipping integrations
• Understanding of UI/UX best practices, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.
• Great extras to know; e-commerce subscription, wholesale businesses, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
