We’re looking for a motivated professional to help bring our product to life. As the UI/UX Designer, you will report to and work very closely with our Head of Product to deliver on our roadmap. You’ll hit the ground running helping us refine and shape the UX of our current companion app and lending a design voice to our marketing communications. You’ll work across the development pipeline to refine and advocate for the customer experience, setting a high bar for design and usability. You’ll build user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to collaborate with your teammates. At the heart of your professional style is an understanding of the importance of building an accountable, effective, close knit team culture. What you’ll do at Silvertree

  • Support a consistent design voice across all user touch points, through involvement in product UI/UX, web/email design, and marketing communications.
  • Drive the full user experience of our companion app from Figma to UX specs to polished UI designs
  • Design UI/UX wireframes for prototyping user flow
  • Advocate for trends and best practices in UI/UX for the Silvertree customer, become our subject matter expert on all things UX
  • Collaborate across disciplines to explore, test, and evolve our experience

Requirements

What you’ll bring to Silvertree

  • 3-7 years UI/UX Design experience in product development, preferably with consumer electronics
  • Experience in marketing web design
  • Ability to visualize and present UX in an customer-focused interactive format, using industry-standard prototyping tools (Figma)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and be self-directed to meet deadlines
  • Comfort facing ambiguity with a flexible, data-driven, and creative problem-solving mindset
  • B.A. in graphic design or comparable training and education
