Responsibilities

Job Summary

  • Reporting to the System Director II, Enterprise Consulting Group, the Manager of Engagement Design is responsible for the design of innovative content and communications for activities both external to ECG clients and internal to the ECG team. This position will also work within engagements to bring new ideas, solicit innovative ideas and create and test prototype solutions.
  • The Manager will leverage and encourage collaboration with internal resources including but not limited to: Communications, Strategic Innovation, Learning and Organizational Development. Business Intelligence.
  • Participates in the analysis and synthesis activities in the assigned topic designing visual frameworks to be used in presentations for the assigned area.
  • Creates presentations to provide information and/or feedback to others documenting the findings of analyses, assessments and other activities within the ECG. Presentations are made independently or with other team members in reporting the results of the work.
  • Reviews and conducts background research of topic to assist team with understanding the current state. Participates in observation activities in the assigned area and reports to team providing insight into current practices.
  • Prepares and updates and maintains communication materials and schedules as developed.
  • Leads and participates in brainstorming new approaches to use in creating prototypes.
  • Responsible for the creation of iterative prototypes as feedback is obtained

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification

  • Experience in design and with Performance Management (analyzing and interpreting metrics). Understanding of the healthcare industry preferred.


Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, or other related field.


Special Skills

  • Knowledge of creating visual narratives and visualizing data into stakeholder presentations.
