We're hiring for multiple positions on the User Experience team at the Staff and Senior levels. In this role, you'll work on Salesforce's Enterprise and Consumer products, creating new design patterns and guidelines and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to bring your visions to life. As a member of the curious, intensely collaborative, and highly motivated User Experience team, you'll work with multiple cross-disciplinary teams to bring your ideas to life. Analytics UX
The Einstein Analytics UX team empowers customers to see, understand, and take action based on their Salesforce data. We're building the top data and predictive analytics platform for Customer 360, helping users unlock the full value of their Salesforce data with mission-critical insights delivered through Salesforce and Slack. Our work also supports a wide set of use cases in Tableau, Industries Cloud, and partner offerings.

Experience / Skills Required

  • 3+ years of experience designing and delivering products from start to finish as part of a cross-functional team
  • Ability to successfully manage all aspects of a project from start to finish, working with both onsite and distributed team members to ensure on-time project delivery
  • Self-motivation; ability to produce results both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to both clearly convey and follow direction.
  • Ability to quickly create and deliver original, professional-quality design work that is conceptually strong, meets business needs, and is on brand and on brief
  • Expert understanding of user-centered design methods and practices
  • Experience using multiple approaches, including analytics and user research, to drive decisions and develop product iterations
  • Expert knowledge of current design tools, such as Figma, along with an ability to quickly learn new tools as they emerge
  • Ability to communicate ideas to a wide variety of stakeholders, lead discussions and creative activities, and build consensus while dealing with ambiguity
  • Ability to lead and manage large design initiatives, including managing competing priorities with product and engineering peers

Responsibilities:

  • Using documentation, reviews, and presentations, communicate clear and compelling ideas to a wide range of key stakeholders
  • Serve as a bridge connecting design, product, engineering, and marketing teams
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and user research teams to create a vision for your product area
  • Oversee multiple web and mobile application features, interfaces, and experiences
  • Produce wireframes, storyboards, concepts, and other collateral to help communicate research results and make the case for new ideas
  • Create designs that adhere to and extend the existing style guide and design system
  • Generate detailed final design specs that inspire accurate developer builds
  • Work with developers and quality experts to deliver a polished final product
  • Promote and educate others on new interface guidelines and design patterns
  • Mentor new design staff
  • Create inclusive designs for all users; advocate for accessibility, encouraging product and engineering management to prioritize accessible features and bug fixes
