Grail is hiring a senior/staff UX designer who is an excellent team player and enjoys transferring and sharing knowledge across teams. Our ideal candidate has significant experience in developing enterprise products, internal tools, or lab platforms. Will cooperate with cross-functional team members to ensure products meet user and business needs.
You Will:
- Translate complex business processes into intuitive and elegant user and product experiences.
- Assist in the development and evaluation of personas, user stories, and usability studies. Understand customer needs by driving customer/UX research and usability studies.
- Create process flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mocks to effectively communicate design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors.
- Provide guidance on improving the user experience of our front-end applications through design and performance optimizations
- Lead cross-team conceptual development and design documentation partnering with PMs, engineers, business teams, and senior executives.
- Handle multiple projects in an agile, fast-paced environment.
Your Background Should Include:
- 5 to 10 years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar. Experience working in B2B, enterprise products, internal tools, or lab platforms.
- Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong UX skills with data-driven analytics capabilities!
- Ability to influence others to set and achieve goals and deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple parallel-path projects.
- Expertise with Figma and proficiency with other design tools!
- Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
