The opportunity
The Member Growth team focuses on the holistic experience from the moment a member learns about SoFi to when they are ready to make important decisions in their financial journey. We engage our members by providing the tools, content, and insights to get their money right and work collaboratively with other product teams to offer a unified and personalized experience on SoFi’s multi-platform apps. The Member team is looking for a Staff Product Designer who will lead Growth at SoFi by defining end-to-end personalized customer journeys for users that come to SoFi organically, through a referral campaign or other promotions. We will also design end-to-end experiences related to the SoFi Rewards program that helps our members build the financial habits they need with real money invested by SoFi. As a design leader, you will work across SoFi’s lines of businesses including Money, Invest, Relay, Lending, and much more to build the best-in-class growth platform for our members that focuses on user retention, acquisition, and building out a framework for SoFi’s referral and rewards platform. If you have a passion for driving innovation, growth and engagement, to make SoFi a daily destination, then the Member team is the place for you.
At SoFi, you’ll become part of a new kind of finance company whose ambition is to help our members achieve financial independence and reach their goals. We aim to be at the center of our members’ financial lives, and to help every member get their money right. We created student loan refinancing, addressing the biggest financial challenge of a new generation through a modern approach to lending and personal finance. Next we expanded our products and services across loans, wealth management, and insurance. SoFi Money—a modern take on a checking or savings account--is our newest innovation and disruption to the financial services industry. SoFi has achieved significant growth, with ambitious plans ahead, but to continue this growth we need great talent. And that starts with you.
