Your responsibilities will be...
- Evangelize research methodologies through out the product organization
- Strategize with stakeholders on how to act on research findings
- Prepare research plans
- Plan user research activities such as recruiting participants and scheduling
- Conduct moderated and unmoderated (usertesting.com) research studies that informs long-term product vision
- Lead users throughout the process of proposing, wireframing, and implementing UX improvements
- Research various personas
- Document, present, and evangelize research insights and recommendations to all stakeholders
- Maintain and improve research templates
- Empower others, through training and coaching, to conduct their own research
- Serve as subject matter expert on qualitative research methods and human-centered design.
You need to have...
- 4+ years of extensive experience in product user research
- Undergraduate degree in Design Research, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, UX Design, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or a related field OR comparable UX research experience
- Excellent knowledge of user interface design, information architecture, and usability testing
- Good knowledge of usertesting.com
It'd be a plus if you could...
- Create A/B prototypes with Adobe XD or InVision (or other related tools)
