Your New Role...
- Executes creative motion design solutions within a multi-disciplinary collaborative team for various promotional materials to support and market WBTV shows and properties in a creative capacity.
Your Role Accountabilities...
- Conceptualizes and design high end graphic looks for main titles, promos, sizzle reels, Comic-Con, virtual events, digital outdoor, show packages, production cards, etc.
- Execute designs into stunning motion graphic animations for promotional marketing materials.
- Assists Executive Director, Creative & Motion Graphics in overseeing freelance designers, reviewing, critiquing and scheduling all work produced by other designers.
- Stays current with latest techniques, plug-ins, video production and motion graphics to maintain innovation and growth.
- Researches and recommends emerging technologies and tools, production techniques, hardware and software upgrades.
- Other job-related duties or projects as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience...
Work Experience
- 10+ years experience in every facet of video and film graphic production and post-production.
- Must have ability to create and pitch marketing campaigns and budgets that accurately encompass work required.
- Extensive experience interpreting producer ideas and working with editors and support staff. Previous experience directing other designers and employment at a TV Station or Network is a plus.
Knowledge/Skills
- Excellent design skills. Must have superior knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Cinema 4D.
- Knowledge of state-of-the-art video/film/graphics production and post-production techniques and equipment.
- Must be both MAC and PC proficient.
Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
- Degree or extensive experience in Film/Video Graphic Production or Communications preferred.
- Advanced training in promotion and presentation graphics, video editing, video production.
Other Requirements
- Strong ability to work well under tight deadlines both independently and with groups.
- Able to lead as well as direct others to success.

The Legal Bits...
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $95,200.00 - $176,800.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
