A quick snapshot...
As a Sr. Learning Development Manager on our Sales Enablement team, you'll play a hands-on role in the development, design, and delivery of training content for our Go-To-Market organization. You'll work with stakeholders to understand the business needs and assist in creating curriculum structure and initiatives. Partnering with subject matter experts from a variety of teams, you'll learn our products and create accurate, engaging, and high-quality training material.

Our Sales Enablement team is a huge part of the fuel that drives Conga. You will have a direct impact on setting our Sales team up for success in speaking with our customers. You'll help our Customer Excellence team have the knowledge to provide excellence to our customers. The content you create and drive will be used across all levels of our Conganeers.
Are you the person we're looking for?
Related experience. You've walked the talk for over 5 years. You've managed projects around structuring, creating, rolling out, and delivering technical training. You're an encyclopedia on adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies like ADDIE and ROPES. You also know your way around video editing and design tools (Articulate Rise360, Camtasia, SnagIt, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
Quality oriented. You have good processes in place to ensure that your t's are crossed, and your i's are dotted. But in those rare occasions when errors are realized (let's face it, it happens to the best of us from time to time), you own them, correct them, learn from them, and then quickly adjust and communicate processes to ensure the same mistake doesn't happen twice.
Clear, deliberate, and collaborative communicator. You don't just engage in collaborative discussions; you initiate them regularly. You are clear and concise when you speak and write, especially when discussing complex technical topics - you're even creative in terms of ensuring your messages are received and understood. You leave no room for assumptions or misunderstanding.
Influence change. You take initiative to understand the business's needs and challenges, maybe more than they understand it themselves. You form quality, robust recommendations through the knowledge you acquire, data sources, and existing programs - and you use those recommendations to create quality content that will help immediately and in the future. Because of the transparency, authenticity, humility, and knowledge you bring, your peers, partners, and business leaders trust the information you provide to influence key decisions.
Industry expertise. Let's face it, understanding of Revenue Lifecycle Management software (CPQ & CLM) and/or a Software as a Service environment would allow you to hit the ground running.

Tools and additional experience. You've worked hands-on experience in visual design using Adobe Software and have used a Learning Management System or two. You've also had the opportunity to showcase project management skills. Maybe you've even worked in Sales or Sales Enablement positions.
Initiative. You don't wait around for things to happen or for your manager to tell you what to do. You're not only proactive about completing your own work, but when you sense the need to introduce a project that will benefit the team or the organization -- even if it's outside your scope of work -- you put a proposal together, talk to the team about it, and own it. And that also goes back to having an entrepreneurial spirit.

In keeping with this approach, we're committed to delivering a competitive compensation and benefits package to all colleagues worldwide. Target compensation is determined by market location for each role.
The following information is provided in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay Act. The general base salary minimum for this position in Colorado is $118,456 per year; however, the actual base salary offered may increase (or decrease) depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance.
