Sr. Lead Visual Designer

The role:
As a Sr. Visual Design Lead, you will be part of the strategic experience team that connects our end to end ownership experience through our mobile app and explores how we expand to accommodate new experiences.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be working with the team to develop our end to end design direction working closely with brand partners and technology to explore what’s possible from interaction and motion design.
Day to day you’ll be working with design strategy and user experience to explore new directions, create concept work and help teams take those concepts through to production.
What you'll need:
- UI/Product designer with 7+ years experience
- Experience creating design concepts, and design languages as well as working within and stretching design systems
- Experience working with UX designers, product managers and brand teams
- Experience working with and designing for mobile products.
- Excellent visual design skills, including strong understanding of typography, color, iconography, illustration and composition.
- Comfortable prototyping with motion
- Ability to zoom out to the system and story and zoom in to the details
