This is a position on the Red Fuse agency team for our global Consumer Package Goods(CPG)client. The agency is fully-integrated, with team members assigned to multiple marketing disciplines(consumer advertising, shopper marketing, eCommerce, media, public relations, etc.).The team is very collaborative which enables speed, efficiency, and connectivity. The team is responsible for Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) across numerous CPG brands. The agency is global in nature, with offices spread throughout the world. Thus, the agency's work for the client runs in over 200 countries.

Job Description

Red Fuse is looking for a talented Senior Web Designer to join our creative team. This person should be a detail-oriented digital creative with a strong eye for design and a history of creating successful data-and-user-driven responsive websites. Combining all of these talents as a visual storyteller, this person will help deliver innovative solutions to client problems by producing compelling and accessible experiences for the web.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of various web design projects across multiple online properties.
• Author and edit pages in the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) content management system
• Use Photoshop, Webflow and more to design branded page layouts and templates using digital and UX best practices
• Collaborate with various teams (UX, copy, development, etc.) to ensure that tasks meet goals/expectations and are completed on time
• Utilize data and analytics to make informed design decisions
• Work with front-end web developers to implement and launch web experiences
• Select and retouch imagery from a client-owned library of assets for use on the web
• Leverage brand guidelines and historical work to create and maintain a consistent library of design assets

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-6 years of rich experience in designing responsive websites
• Proficiency in using the Adobe Creative Suite and specialty tools to design responsive websites
• Strong attention to detail and process and a high degree of accuracy
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc)
• Experience with using content management systems to create web pages
• Demonstrated understanding of graphic design principals with a strong command of color, composition and typography
• Must be an efficient "self-starter" with a proven ability to independently and collaboratively take a project from idea to execution and launch
• Ability to deliver production-ready digital assets in a wide variety of formats
• Depth of knowledge in user interface design, UX best practices and designing for accessibility
• Experience with photo retouching and compositing using Adobe Photoshop
• Comfortable working closely with others in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
