You have a passion for all things design--with an amazing portfolio spanning a wide range of projects and mediums, but you’re especially drawn to web design. Your mind is perpetually flooded with ideas for concepts and layouts that are disruptive, beautiful, imaginative, captivating, innovative and highly-converting.

You easily convey ideas and concepts through prototypes and wireframes. You’re comfortable designing entire landing pages from start to finish--from wireframing to high fidelity, pixel-perfect mockups for a developer to code against. You’re hungry for feedback from users--seeking and acting upon qualitative and quantitative data about how your pages perform. 

As a multidisciplinary designer with a focus on UX/UI design, you will collaborate with other designers and internal stakeholders to define and implement a delightful, yet purpose-driven visual language for our website. You’ll partner with marketers to continuously A/B test the concepts you design. Additionally, you will design materials and collateral for all marketing channels, and be a great collaborator--guiding multiple stakeholder teams through the creative process.

What you will be doing:

• Multidisciplinary design with a focus on web design & UX/UI
• Create and enforce style guides for web
• Build engaging landing pages from start to finish
• Drive performance, continuously A/B testing new concepts against current ones
• Translate specific user requirements and use cases into visual designs and experiences
• Create specific end-to-end user flows, anticipating and adjusting for specific user behavior
• Understand and react to user analytics and metrics
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to make thoughtful recommendations and decisions together
• Brainstorm and create designs that span print, digital and social media in partnership with cross-functional teams

You'll stand our with:

• Solid UX/UI experience and a track record of building engaging landing pages 
• An gleaming portfolio showcasing robust design and success across a variety of mediums
• A robust analytical acumen to evaluate complex systems and dissect problems via qualitative and quantitative data
• Strong communication and cross-functional skills, with the ability to engage, listen and collaborate with internal departments/teams to align strategy through execution.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools and experience with Figma and Webflow is also preferred.
• A mastery of type with a history of producing solid images (photoshopping, comping, retouching, color correction), and expertise in design and color composition (3D skills are a bonus)
• Experienced in creating design and visual identity systems
• A detail-driven mindset—you're meticulous, thorough, and enjoy being extra-precise
• A tendency to thrive in a fast-paced environment, possessing a high level of intellectual curiosity, and a goal-oriented entrepreneurial mindset—driven to succeed and always up for a challenge!
