As a product designer at Prospera you will take part in shaping the future of the ag-tech industry. You will be tackled with unique audiences and complex ideas and will turn them into beautiful and simple experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead processes and projects while guiding other designers into success
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and marketing team to oversee people's experience from conception to launch
• Take part in defining a design system to be used across multiple mediums and platforms
• Create designs involving complex UX systems to deliver gorgeous, easy-to-use experiences

Requirements

• +5 years of proven experience working in a professional design environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing top web/mobile design skills
• Excellent communication skills
