The Senior UX Writer has responsibility and accountability to influence the narrative and story experience of a brand through the expectations of that brand's users. Their storytelling helps shape user-experience by enabling frictionless navigation through user flows and creating emotional connections.

Responsibilities

• Mastery of craft to generate human-centered recommendations using design thinking methods
• Understand both user and client goals and objectives
• Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the messaging supports and elevates content strategies and SEO
• Collaborate with UX and UI team to execute experience design vision
• Establish and author product and service story narrative(s)
• Co-create journey maps and content strategies
• Storytelling through copy for digital devices, responsive design and platform-based solutions
• Present deliverables to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Influence project level planning and overall design for one or more projects
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years industry experience (agency preferred)
• Experience in user-centered design methods and techniques
• Experience in UX writing (i.e. microcopy and conversation design)
• Experience in storytelling for digital mediums
