Job summary
The Red Hat Digital Experience team is looking for a Senior UX Producer to join us in Raleigh, NC or remote. In this role, you will support multiple fast-moving system-side development projects. You will interact with other members of project teams including architects, frontend developers, project managers, content strategists, and UX designers, coordinating and contributing to the production and delivery of digital marketing projects. You will be a member of the Digital Production team that contributes to managing and standardizing processes, tools, and quality assurance (QA). As a Senior UX Producer, you will operate in an agile, fast-paced environment and embrace continual optimization through testing.
Primary job responsibilities

  • Work with team members to solve complex user and business problems with effective digital experiences; support digital marketing initiatives by streamlining and coordinating content in 9 core languages, XD design, and frontend and backend development
  • Take detailed internal and external meeting notes and share these with the right stakeholders Facilitate team and project meetings while contributing to discovery sessions, project briefs, and testing plans
  • Scope production timelines for multiple concurrent, sometimes connected, digital system projects with various outputs; work with managers to allocate appropriate resources and ensure that all work launches smoothly and on time
  • Manage QA workflow, coordinate testing activities, and optimize testing processes
  • Support team's work with a focus on detail
  • Contribute to production-level tasks, including editing, publishing and QA; check output before it is delivered and published to ensure that the requirements have been met and communicate feature rollouts
  • Collaborate, define, document, and facilitate adoption of UX processes and documentation Identify process improvements or tooling to make the team more efficient and effective
  • Build trust and collaborative processes with other members across multiple teams and technologies for cross-team projects


Required skills

  • Highly knowledgeable in the areas of coding language terminology, development pipeline, and digital design processes
  • Ability to take stakeholder requirements and refine them into detailed technical project deliverables
  • Ability to take detailed requirements and communicate them back to non-technical stakeholders
  • Very organized, detail-oriented, and logical approach to process implementation
  • Proven record of managing day-to-day priorities for multiple team members across various teams
  • Solid working knowledge of current web standards, responsive web layouts, email standards, and digital advertising standards; corporate design system is a plus
  • Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite; Adobe XD is a plus
  • Ability to support HTML, CSS, and graphic editing
  • Experience working with third-party agencies and vendors
  • Learning mindset; desire to master new technologies and tools
  • Experience with Enterprise CMS platforms like Drupal and Adobe Experience Manager and familiarity with marketing automation platforms, contact databases, web tracking, and personalization; Adobe Target is a plus
