Reporting to the Director of UX & Design, you will be challenged with meeting one of our most important metrics; growing our ability to collect, curate and design user generated content, agnostic of the platform; web or native app. 

Who you are...

  • 3+ years of industry experience as a UX designer, interaction designer, or similar design-related role
  • Proficient with the latest design and prototyping tools
  • Experienced with working and collaborating with teams of varied strengths and skill
  • A portfolio showing your high quality, thoughtful UI and UX work

What you will do...

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful and inclusive solutions.
  • Present work at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and/or high-fidelity prototypes
  • Integrate user feedback and evolving business requirements into product design and experience updates.
  • Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements
  • Provide input into strategic vision and direction of products coordinating and collaborating with product managers and development partners
