About the Role: 

At Publishers Clearing House ("PCH"), you’ll help lead and craft the product experience across all our internal products and external client placements, partnering with product management, research, and engineering to make sure we continue to innovate and lead in the e-Commerce space.

As a Senior UI Product Designer, you will have strong aesthetic judgment, and a willingness to collaborate with direct team members and clients alike. You’ll not only help guide the experience design for PCH core and client experiences, but also inspire clients and elevate the team by producing work that always embraces best-in-class UI and a clean, modern design aesthetic. The work you create will excite PCH customers and be seen by millions of consumers nationwide. 

What you will do: 

• Design simple, elegant, user-centric experiences that delight internal users and clients alike. 
• Partner closely with UX designers to help define the user experience, interactions, and user interface through user flows, information architecture, sketches and wireframes, and visual design.
• Create prototypes to demonstrate, validate and test your designs. 
• Participate in user research and testing.
• Look for opportunities to solve problems in unique and innovative ways. 
• Help maintain visual and brand consistency between all products and outlets. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into unique product experiences. 

What we are looking for: 

• Bachelors degree
• 5+ years of relevant job specific experience in fast-paced creative environments developing for all medians using a mobile first approach. Previous experience in Ecommerce a huge PLUS!
• A storyteller and ‘conceptor’ with experience working in a multidisciplinary environment to develop concepts that delight customers and drive results.
• Strong UI and product design skills, and the ability to apply strategic and conceptual thinking.
• A compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates high-quality design work that also tells a story that you are a deep design thinker.
• Experience with Figma, XD, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator / Photoshop / Premiere / After Effects, Principle.
