About the Role:

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to help drive product innovation from ideation to launch and create delightful experiences for our customers.

In this role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the company to discover, define, and design experiences that enable our customers to manage their data management experiences.

*Our roles are remote first, and can be based anywhere in the US (#LI-Remote).

What you'll do:

  • Own the design process and output across entire product features and customer journeys
  • Help us build customer empathy by talking with customers and testing prototypes to more deeply understand customer problems
  • Work through design problems from beginning to end: translating research insights into ideas that form disruptive new products and features, then designing the workflows and detailed interactions to realize them
  • Sketch and prototype ideas to quickly test viability, and design the fine-grained details of interactions
  • Iterate based on feedback from the whole team
  • Work closely with engineers as they build and ship ideas
  • Own the success or failure of their design work and initiate design and engineering sprints to improve shipped work
  • Write about, present, and share what you and your team have learned throughout the company

Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience:

  • 3-5 years experience doing the following 👇
  • Experience designing and leading digital products and systems, not just websites. You have helped ship products
  • Experience designing experiences enterprise-grade product solutions with a high level of technical complexity
  • Experience designing connected, modular systems within an established design system
  • Experience driving customer-focused product design from beginning to end
  • The ability to facilitate customer research sessions and work within a research plan.
  • The ability to create beautiful high-fidelity mockups of your designs using Figma.
  • The ability to create click-through prototypes using Figma, InVision, or Keynote.
  • Excellent communicator of design work and your rationale behind proposals
  • Excellent self-starter who can effectively collaborate with engineers to find design solutions through functional prototypes
