Are you passionate about digital and data capabilities? You have found the right team.
As a Senior Product Designer in the Bay area, you will use Design Thinking methodology to develop empathy for the product's users. You will work closely with local and global teams to deliver high quality, end-to-end designs in a fast-paced environment. We follow a hybrid working model, in the Palo Alto office.
Job Responsibilities - This is an individual contributor design role

  • Communicate complex information using interaction design tools, including journey maps, storyboards, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, etc.
  • Execute a variety of design tasks to align with our product deadlines
  • Apply, maintain, and build upon design systems to ensure consistent designs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of designers, product managers, engineers, researchers, subject matter experts, copywriters, and legal
  • Understand and document user research findings and iterate designs based on feedback
  • Deliver wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity screens, and visual assets to support the
    product development process
  • Create click-through prototypes, presentations, and videos to showcase product vision and get buy-in from key stakeholders

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

  • Minimum +4 years of relevant professional industry (non-academic/internship) experience in digital product design / UX design related field
  • An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant experience
  • Ability to communicate abstract design concepts visually and verbally in a clear and engaging manner
  • Proficiency in design, prototyping, and presentation software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, Invision, and Keynote
  • Experience in the application of design systems such as Material Design
  • Experience working with Product Management and Development teams
  • Experience working across multiple platforms (e.g., products, websites, mobile apps, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in an ambiguous and dynamic multi-disciplinary environment balancing and managing diverse stakeholder needs
  • Ability to collaborate across various functional areas in the organizations and make the case for change through design
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Digital Product Design, Interaction Design, User Experience (UX) Design, Service Design, Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields
  • Familiarity with Design Thinking methodology
  • Familiarity with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Standards for Accessible Design
  • Familiarity with financial services
  • Technical knowledge on HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Video editing skills (iMovie, FinalCutPro, or other video editing software)


The final officer title and job grade is at the discretion of the firm and will be discussed at the time of offer. It may be different than what is listed on the requisition based on candidate experience level.
