We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who can take on the challenge of making complex apps simple and easy to use. You'll report to our VP of Product and will work alongside an empowered product team to guide product design and influence each stage of product development. Using your passion for developing strategies and frameworks, you'll develop a world class user experience and drive value for our customers. We're a high growth company looking for like-minded individuals - by joining our team, you will find ample opportunities to make a strategic impact and tackle complex, challenging projects.

What you'll get to do:

  • Be responsible for the initiative to simplify Limble's UI and improve general UX.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and shape solutions.
  • Conduct user research and continuous discovery, aligning your team around your findings.
  • Create concepts and prototypes, iterating quickly to validate ideas.
  • Craft beautiful visual and interaction designs.
  • Evaluate what you've shipped, and drive improvements.
  • Communicate your work concisely and effectively.
  • Establish standards and processes around design and ensure guidelines are followed.



Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience working in product design.
  • Experience creating interactive prototypes with industry standard design tools.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UI, UX and visual design work.
  • Endlessly curious personality with a bias toward action.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • A deep passion for identifying and solving user problems.
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills.
