Joining Collibra’s Graphic Design team:

  • Create fresh, modern, and sophisticated design solutions in print and digital mediums 
  • Partner with creative director, art directors, and business partners to align with existing visual systems, creative standards, and strategic business objectives 
  • Collaborate closely with peers, copywriters, and developers 
  • Deliver compelling creative presentations with an articulated POV backed by solid design rationale 
  • Establish effective and productive working relationships with peers and internal business partners 
  • Collaborate with MarCom managers and/or scrum leads to understand project goals, and manage time to deliver completed design executions on schedule 
  • Prepare design files for final production, delivery, and archive
  • Own the organization and management of files and assets 

You Have:

  • Extensive experience and high proficiency in all aspects of design and demonstrated awareness of emerging technology, media, and digital platforms 
  • Strong written and oral business communications skills, with the ability to comfortably and professionally interact with colleagues at all levels of the organization and must keep all projects on track and communicate project status with manager and team 
  • Demonstrated customer empathy and focus, applying design thinking principles and optimizing customer experiences and conversion with data-driven design decisions 
  • Expert user of Adobe Creative Suite, in particular Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (XD is a plus) and working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, animation libraries, and the ability to communicate UI design intent with front-end developers to produce desired outcomes 
  • Experience with B2B in the tech industry is preferred 

You Are:

Reporting to Collibra’s [Manager Title], measures of success are:

  • 5+ years of relevant design experience 
  • Experience developing multi-channel creative campaigns preferred 
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred 
  • A digital portfolio demonstrating innovative and compelling creative work and broad experience in advertising, brand, and integrated multi-channel campaigns
