Senior Graphic Designer
About the Role
This senior design role will report into the Creative Lab at Tebra, a diverse in-house brand and creative team within the Marketing department, that is responsible for shaping and elevating Tebra, Kareo, and PatientPop brand and visual identities for the organization at large. This designer will have a strong background in visual brand expression and cares deeply about consistent visual storytelling.
At Tebra, you will tap into your boundless creativity and seasoned talent to create thoughtful, modern, and emotionally engaging experiences through visual design. In collaboration with our innovative creatives, you will explore and solve how our brands manifest across multiple initiatives, channels, and audiences. You will be challenged to visualize and create new key art, illustrations, advertising, motion graphics, icons, and other assets to visually communicate the three brands.
Your Area of Focus
- Collaborate with fellow designers to continue developing our visual identity, guides, and brand tools across the company
- Design key art concepts to packaged production assets for various channels and mediums, from various campaign touchpoints to digital/web experiences to corporate collateral, supporting all departments’ business needs within the company
- Types of creative deliverables and initiatives: Campaign key art asset creation and campaign production; Paid social advertising and display; HTML5 banner ad creation; Key art motion graphics and motion graphics templates; Keynotes and presentations; Sales enablement tools; Whitepapers, guides, one pagers; Self-serve brand tools (ex. Document, presentation templates); Illustrations and iconography are a plus!
- Types of channels: Website, email, integrated campaigns, press and media, paid/earned social advertising and display, tradeshows and field events, internal events and communications, product placements, and corporate collateral
- Cares deeply about producing relevant creative that connects with Tebra audiences: customers, prospects, partners, employees, investors, and general public
- Develop our visual identities and design systems by supporting the lead designer with updating guides and our asset manager
- Effectively manage project deliverables with transparent communication across a wide range of stakeholders and present / defend ideas and designs
- Meet deadlines and expectations within a prolific creative project queue by responsibly collaborating with creative project managers in designated project management tools
- Support creative leads with brand compliance and proactively push for high standards
- Collaborate with fellow creatives to inspire new, diverse ideas and design execution
- Remain open to feedback and translate it within design execution while also providing respectful feedback to fellow creatives and business partners
Your Professional Qualifications
- Portfolio required with application
- 6-8 years of relevant brand and design experience
- Plus not mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in Art / Communications / Design
- Strong design principles and practices of composition, typography, color, illustration, and motion graphics
- Strong understanding of the following channels: web, email, social advertising (earned/paid), retargeting advertising, print production, print advertising, presentations, apparel/swag, video
- Great interpersonal skills for business partner and executive interactions
- Bring motion into our branded digital experiences and video
- Exhibit creativity and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Lead and follow creative and design direction on initiatives
- Demonstrate strategic thinking and problem solving while also articulating creative and visual strategy to stakeholders
- Open to feedback with the ability to thoughtfully and strategically implement the solve
- Passionate about inspiring pride within brand
- Deep sense of ownership and responsibility to their team and their success
- Cares deeply about the details and the big picture at the same time
- Constantly curious and open to learning and growing
- Required programs: Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, After Effects, Acrobat, Lightroom etc), Figma, Apple Keynote, Google Docs / Google Slides, Microsoft Word / Microsoft Powerpoint
