Product Management:
The mission of Product Managers at Vistaprint is to create and deliver incredible experiences to our customers. As a Senior Digital Product Manager working in our Full Spectrum Design portfolio, you will join a motivated, global team passionate about building interactive and intuitive design experiences for millions of small businesses so they can create personalized marketing materials they feel proud of. We work across teams of software engineers, designers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver customer-first solutions. We are empowered to own our product, features, capabilities, through the entire product lifecycle from initial concepting through post-launch analytics and iterations.
What You Will Do:
- You will help define the vision and product strategy for the Do-It-Yourself (DIY) editing tools that will support company-wide initiatives and evolve our full spectrum design offering
- You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Data & Analytics teams to inform and prioritize the product roadmap, and execute to deliver our goals
- You will understand the needs of our customers and translate these needs into detailed product requirements and user stories that you will communicate to our Design and Engineering teams as well as business stakeholders to improve the DIY editing experience
- You will partner with Data & Analytics to define and analyze product metrics to understand performance of your product, as well as to design and execute A/B tests to optimize the design experience and share results with relevant stakeholders
- You will balance short and long-term tradeoff decisions between developing new features and maintaining an existing product
- You will create goals for your team and be responsible for communicating progress and challenges your team is facing
Your Qualifications:

- You have 8+ years of professional experience, 4 in Ecommerce or Direct to Consumer (DTC) Product Management; Bachelor's degree required.
- You have strong analytical and critical thinking skills with proven examples of times you have used data to solve user or business problems and influenced future investments, and have familiarity with modern web analytics concepts
- You have extensive experience managing a variety of projects, a variety of stakeholders, and delivering projects on time. You have excellent communication skills, a proactive 'get it done' attitude, and are comfortable working in a collaborative, global, remote environment
- You have experience creating customer-first solutions and experience working in an agile software development environment and working on complex and high-quality B2B/B2C web-based products
- You have familiarity with fundamental graphic design concepts and have an eye for design
