VMLY&R is looking for an experienced Senior Designer of Brand Identity. They use strategic and dynamic design skills specifically to express the brand identity vision for our clients and will create work from its conceptual ideation through full implementation and ongoing brand identity execution. They will use art direction and graphic design skills, as well as visual identity and brand strategy to solve problems ranging from logo development to establishing comprehensive brand identity systems.

Required Skills & Experience
- Designs and crafts identity projects of all kinds, from logos to brands to visual languages and full brand identity systems
- Contributes to projects from breakthrough conceptual generation to flawless delivery
- Collaborates and contributes meaningfully into the direction of the Brand ID & Design Studio at VMLY&R
- Leads by example and guides the work of juniors, and communicating clearly to peers
- Presents work to agency leadership with confidence
- Highly responsive member of pitch efforts
- Manages multiple projects at one time, focusing on responsiveness, efficiency and quality
- Identifies trends and pushes towards industry leading solutions
