Job Description
The Team
The Customer and Partner Leading Practices team at ServiceNow provides prescriptive guidance to help customers achieve their business outcomes, and to enable our partners to accelerate customer success. As part of the Leading Practices team, you will work to drive adoption, value realization, and customer satisfaction with ServiceNow, and ultimately help our customers accelerate their digital transformations.
The Role
The Senior Content Designer will report to the Content Production and Operations Director and will be responsible for designing leading practice content through innovative cutting edge technologies. Your role will be to conduct user research, leverage design thinking and user journey mapping to create an exceptional user experience. You will be working with the Leading Practices Content Strategist and the Content Production and Operations teams to design and develop multi media content to support the ecosystem with the implementation of ServiceNow products, implementation methodology practices and implementation leading practices to drive customer value.
You will be viewed as the Design expert for all Leading Practice Content. You will define the best methods of communication form factors, leveraging multiple media platforms to ensure the content is consumable and formatted to provide the best user experience. You will be knowledgeable and have demonstrated expertise in communicating content to different types of consumers driving an increase in customer success.

- Redesign the current Content form factors to be innovative and consumable
- Design the method for the dissemination of Content
- Provide leadership, consultative services, and act as a liaison with cross-functional work teams, key stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop the Content Design Strategy
- Align form factors across multiple content areas to provide a consistent end user experience
- Define metrics and measurements to identify the usability and consumption of the content
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and leverage content delivery channels
Qualifications
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
- 10+ years content design and strategy experience
- Worked successfully in a cloud-based product organization and/or function.
- Operates with a high performance, growth-mindset attitude that results in flexibility, creativity, and wiliness to work independently by displaying dependability and accountability of meeting deadlines and contributing to problem solving.
- Utilizes effective project management techniques to organize projects and to ensure quality.
- Communicates to stakeholders and team members with articulate and detailed presentations and ability to effectively lead productive meetings.
- Demonstrates strong working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrates working knowledge of technologies, such as authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate) and design/development tools (e.g., SnagIt, Camtasia, ScreenFlow).

Required in Office
A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.
Flexible
A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
Remote
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
