The Role:

To support this new phase in our growth, we are looking for a Product Designer who will be empowered to one end to help make our products delightful for users.


You will be responsible for gaining insight into our users' behaviors and needs through user research, product discovery, and identifying and communicating opportunities for innovation and differentiation. You will also be responsible for designing the behavior (interactions) and visual interface of new product features and improving the usability and design of existing product features.


This is a remote role, working in US time zones only.

Responsibilities:

  • Design delightful product experiences guided by user-centered design methodologies
  • Contribute to cross-functional teams through problem-solving, innovation, and discovery
  • Continually expand our knowledge through research and be an advocate for users throughout our development efforts.

Qualifications:

  • BA in Human-Computer Interaction, User-Centered Design, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience designing outcomes for web-based products
  • Competency in User-Centered Design methodologies
  • Familiar with user research and innovative discovery
  • Competency in delivering high-fidelity designs with the support of a design system and other visual design experts on the team
  • Experience with SaaS enterprise application design.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with MarTech products a plus
  • Experience with B2B enterprise software a plus
  • Experience with data visualizations a plus
