Who We Are
Instil is ambitiously working to reimagine technology for nonprofits. Empathy is at the core of how we approach building our product for the nonprofits we serve. Instil's design team is central to how that empathy is coordinated and expressed. We're a highly collaborative organization, where the various departments - to include customer success, product development, marketing, sales, etc - all work very closely with one another.
We are searching for a Product Designer who is ambitious, pragmatic, proactive, thoughtful, and collaborative. Designers serve a vital role here: from identifying and understanding the problems our users face, to the craft and finish of every detail in the product. They are designing the future of Instil. We appreciate people who think deeply, speak clearly, love collaboration, and don't take themselves too seriously.
Salary range for the role is 110-130k with an annual performance based bonus. We also offer competitive equity and benefits.
