Responsibilities

  • Design UI, user flows, features and experiences for our CrowBar platform
  • Produce low and high fidelity designs and prototypes
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers and designers to define product strategy and execute on project objectives
  • Conduct user research and user testing
  • Participate in Design Thinking sessions
  • Present design concepts clearly and persuasively to stakeholders
  • Give and solicit feedback effectively and frequently
  • Contribute to the company design system and brand guidelines

Qualifications 

  • Energized by solving difficult problems and creating intuitive, simple experiences
  • Frequently share your opinions and challenge assumptions
  • Adaptable and able to perform in ambiguous situations
  • Work autonomously and as a valued member of the team
  • Think strategically and execute tactically, often influencing the definition and direction of a product
  • Have a broad skill set including: IA, interaction, visual design, user research, front-end development
  • Always strive to improve your skill set and expand your knowledge
  • Experienced in creating various design artifacts and understand how to use them effectively to communicate
  • Have a working knowledge of HTML and CSS and can communicate design effectively to engineers
  • Collaborate well with others and are dedicated to the company's success
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience at a technology or product-driven company
