The Position

We are looking to add a Product Designer to our team. In this role you will be responsible for collaborating with peers, producing wireframes, creating visual design prototypes, have familiarity with front-end development, and lead user research, testing and other user-centered design methodologies. In addition, you will be participating in business development and internal process improvements. We'd like to see at least 6-8 years of experience in an agency environment.

About you

You have experience with:

• Performing well in a fast-paced environment
• Analyzing how a new product ties in with market needs and consumer preferences
• Providing detailed specs and/or optimized HTML and CSS prototypes for Developers to work from
• Conducting research and advocating usability best practices
• Building user journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and hi-fidelity designs
• Understanding of how Design impacts Development (and vice versa)
• Constructing dynamic design that are technically feasible/prudent
• Leading presentations and facilitating discussion and feedback
• Working with Figma and other prototyping tools

You care about:

• Participating in or leading experimental internal or pro-bono client projects
• Learning and building with new technologies or processes
• Reading blogs, articles, and tutorials to stay abreast of industry trends
• Building tools or design to develop new skills and market new company competencies
