As Senior Product Designer you'll be able to do:
  • Represent the voice of the user throughout the product lifecycle, maintaining a user-centered approach to design
  • Lead research/interviews/analysis, and requirements development for assigned products and features
  • Work closely with product owners to establish product roadmaps, and understand business and user priorities.
  • Deliver incremental value by defining clear outcomes and goals and measuring key results, following agile processes
  • Help partners understand our iterative development and delivery approach
  • Work as a collaborative team member with business partners, product managers, software engineers and fellow designers
  • Knowledge of agile framework
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across regions, organizations, and diverse skills
  • Excellent business partner interaction and facilitation skills, including excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Willingness to challenge the norm to do what is right for the company moving forward
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, handling multiple assignments and prioritizing work appropriately
The minimum requirements we seek:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8+ years of experience in product design or business analysis
  • 6+ years of IT application delivery experience
  • 2+ years of experience working on Agile teams
Our preferred requirements:
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and the CA Rally tool
  • Independently driven, inventive and able to deliver results with minimal direction
  • Solid SQL skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to come up with creative solutions
  • Technical knowledge of IT software development cycle
  • Attention to detail, strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in quality assurance testing (ALM preferred)
