Guideline is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing Design Team. You will join a diverse team of about 10 product and visual designers who foster growth and a culture of learning. From designing tools that help individuals navigate their financial future to building new retirement offerings, you'll contribute to our mission of ensuring everyone arrives at retirement with a plan.

What Will You Be Working On

• Lead design strategy across our web and mobile platforms by overseeing the end-to-end user experience from research to execution.
• Work with our Product, Marketing and Engineering teams to build products that delight our end consumers.
• Use data and structure to create scalable processes that you'll guide.
• Work with a passionate group of technologists and individuals who are open to learning and developing each other.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience designing for cross-platform web and mobile applications
• Experience with the latest design tools for prototyping (we use Figma and Sketch)
• Able to oversee the full design process from UX Research to implementing design specifications
• Interest in mentoring others in design best practices
