- HOURLY RANGE: Our client is looking to pay $84/hr.
- ESTIMATED DURATION: 40h/week - Long-term
THE OPPORTUNITY
A product designer typically works on:
Discovering insights, opportunities, and requirements
Testing prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback
Launching experiments and evaluating how they perform and how to iterate
Presenting your work to peers and leadership, async and in-person
Taking part in weekly design critiques, workshops, all hands and squad meetings
Thinking and writing about your process and documenting your decisions
Contributing motivation, optimism, quality, and integrity to the team
Must-Haves:
2-4 years of Product Design experience
Design Systems experience
Solid Visual/UI design foundation and skills
Ability to work independently but seeks mentorship and feedback from manager and senior designers on the team
Contributes to strategy and design direction and uses research and data to inform design solutions
Able to determine the best formats and fidelities for your work by sketching, prototyping, and building high fidelity artifacts for the team
Quick learner in proficiently and consistently using design systems
Advocates good work, balancing pragmatism and quality
Nice-to-Haves:
Ecommerce experience
