Product Design Co-op at Drift

The Drift Product Design and Research team is strong and growing. Our designers and design leads are focused on individual personas and product areas and we have a central research team leading cross team research and ensuring that our whole product team can stay close to customers as they make product and and design decisions.
We’re located all across the country, with pockets in Boston, NY/NJ, and SF, and prioritize learning, growing, and laughing with each other. We do our best work when we’re talking to customers, learning from them, and then iterating on solutions to their problems.
In this role you will:
- Spend time talking to customers, understanding their problems, and validating that your solutions solve a real problem for them
- Contribute new controls or design improvements to our design system (Tide) to help ensure consistency across products
- Collaborate with our researchers to validate solutions to customer problems with usability tests
