An Insider's view of

How has your career grown since starting at the company?

My career has grown quickly. I transitioned from Customer Success to my present role of Senior Field Sales Enablement Trainer. I was given many opportunities to stretch myself by leading and moderating webinars, video sessions, and live panels. Many companies claim to support institutional growth. Viz doubles down by supporting employees to grow.

What is your vision for the company?

Our mission is to change and evolve how healthcare is delivered by innovating clinical workflows. Many of us on the team have a clinical background and understand that healthcare can be full of friction. We strive to remove the friction and ensure the right patient gets to the correct physician at the right time to optimize clinical outcomes.
