The Challenge

We are looking for a dynamic presentation designer who has a passion for design and an eye for detail – must also have an excellent understanding of all things PowerPoint. As a key member of the Brand Marketing team, you will work closely with executive leadership, go-to-market teams, marketing and internal communications to tell the OneTrust story through presentations. The ideal candidate has advanced information design knowledge and can take sketches and thoughts and turn them into presentations with graphics, information visualizations, and animations. There is also graphic design work in Illustrator and Photoshop but the majority is in PowerPoint.

Your Mission

• Create, produce, edit and annotate graphic designs, multimedia files and documents in accordance with specifications, using a variety of high-end graphics applications
• Support the marketing team and executives with design of key presentations for both internal and external audiences
• Develop PowerPoint templates for sales decks, proposals, and other marketing and sales materials, for non-designers to use
• Be able to translate highly complex concepts and ideas into clean appealing design to clearly communicate to audience; including data-heavy financial graphics
• Take content outlines and visualize slides based on content, presentation goals and brand standards
• Be creative and able to come up with new concepts within brand guidelines
• Create and own master slide libraries across multiple stakeholder groups and ensure consistency across the business
• Pay strong attention to details and consistencies (font sizing, spacing, alignment, etc) with excellent proofing skills
• Work directly with the creative services team to deliver projects on time, on brand, and of high quality with open-minded ability to receive feedback and change in direction
• Ability to incorporate various types of motion graphics and multimedia into Microsoft office presentations and documents
• Proficient working with Adobe products: Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Projects require editing background images and vector graphics to incorporate.

• Outstanding written and oral communication skills; a natural storyteller and creative problem solver; a collaborator with constant curiosity and learning mentality
• Passion for working in a lean, fast-paced organization, and desire to own and refine processes
• An energetic and can-do attitude with ability to rally teams around an initiative
• Bias to action and a passion for winning.

Your Experience Includes

• 2+ years’ experience in design
• Bachelor’s in marketing, design, business, or related field experience
• Expert-level PowerPoint skills
• Great collaboration skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team with tight, sometimes competing deadlines
• Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality and a critical eye for design
• Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills
• Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills
• A portfolio full of great work showing high quality presentation work
