Organizational Design Expert, Lead
The Challenge:

Are you passionate about helping organizations successfully implement change and advance their operations? Do you live for that "ah-ha!" moment when your client realizes you helped them identify a clear path forward to transform or redesign their organization? Many organizations know where they want to go, yet need organizational design consultants to help them chart a path to get there. Whether it's process improvement, performance measurement, or business management analysis, it comes down to one thing: learning how an organization works and making it better. It's why we're looking for someone like you-an organizational transformation and change consultant who can identify long term goals and create the processes needed to achieve them. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you'll help create a holistic view of their organization as well as the multiple, data-driven paths they can take to transform. Your ability to understand the effects of change in an organization and how to mitigate challenges, will help your client achieve successful and sustainable organizational changes.

You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience with supporting federal government or private sector clients in transformational change, including briefing and interacting with senior or C-suite leaders
  • 6+ years of experience with organizational design
  • Experience with leading client services delivery in compliance with firm and team service delivery standards
  • Experience with project management, including development of project plans, methodological approaches, leveraging critical thinking, problem solving, and initiative
  • Experience with planning and implementing data gathering and organizational analysis approaches, including facilitation of interviews and focus groups
  • Ability to forge relationships with key client contacts to identify existing and emerging organizational client needs
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with contributing to business development efforts, including selling and proposal development
  • Experience with design and implementation of a Tiered Service Model
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Word and PowerPoint, at a proficient level
  • Experience with performing quantitative and qualitative data analysis and visualization using statistical programs and survey software, including Excel, SPSS, and Tableau
  • Knowledge of the federal contracting process, contract types, and contract management
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail in all aspects of client delivery
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Master's degree
