We’re looking for an experienced and result driven Offline Creative Manager to join our marketing team! We expect you to be experienced and passionate about creating content, establishing and managing the company’s Direct Mail outreach. This role will report to the Senior Director of Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Design, Product, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams to develop messaging and content that supports company goals and aligns with product and brand positioning.
- Design and implement champion challenger style creative testing, monitor performance and recommend changes or strategy accordingly.
- Collaborate with external lettershop agencies to develop new creatives or make changes to existing creatives.
- Monitor key players in the industry (competitors) to inform our communications strategy.
- Use data to analyze impact and performance and adapt accordingly. Track and report on key performance metrics to senior management.
- Partner closely with internal and external Legal and Compliance groups to make sure content is fully approved prior to deployment
Skills:
- 3 + years of experience in creative development (DM preferred)
- Project management skills: ability to prioritize high impact activities and keep multiple projects moving forward.
- Excellent writing skills with an eye for detail, excellent content creation skills
- Experience launching and managing Offline creatives
- Analytical mindset and approach to problem solving. Ability to use engagement data to drive content strategy and decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
