What we’re looking for:

We are looking for a Motion Designer / Animator to help bring our platform to life through animation, video and all things moving design. You have conceptual design skills and the ability to tell compelling stories - big and small - through motion. 

Our needs are varied - you’ll create everything from custom animations to product demos to in-app components. Every execution is an opportunity to create an engaging experience for our users, continuing to tell our story in a variety of ways.

You should be highly collaborative, but comfortable leading projects on your own, and have the ability to work across various creative styles and methods.

You have an exceptional portfolio showcasing high-quality design, layout, animation, typography, color and more.

You understand how creativity and can help to achieve business objectives while also raising the bar for our aesthetic and brand overall.

What you’ll do:
  • Work with designers, copywriters, external partners and more to create unique stories and expand our brand system through motion.
  • Create assets using a variety of techniques including 2D animation, 3D animation motion graphics, kinetic type, and even some traditional video editing.
  • The ability to create unique design elements for use in motion and/or taking fully realized design and/or product assets and using motion to help enhance the story we’re trying to tell.
  • Along with the brand team, work with the Acquisition team to build and execute compelling, high-quality animated ads - across a variety of channels.
  • Contribute to the creative direction of new product launches and planned marketing initiatives
  • Manage deadlines and execute creatives on-time and on-task, while acting as a technical/tactical resource for others within the organization.
Bonus Points:
  • After Effects and Premier. Experience with C4D or any 3D software.
  • Experience with video editing (color grading, sound design, timing, etc.).
  • Experience and knowledge in the investing space
  • Ability to lead and influence without being the direct manager of all team members.
