Job Summary:

The Mobile UX Designer is regarded as product designer as well as a UX thought leader with strong business acumen. Conceptualizes and craft ideas into engaging and delightful experiences.

Essential Functions:

  • Designer for Accredo specialty pharmacy native app
  • Creates user-friendly, visually beautiful, and experientially compelling digital experience that drives business objectives.
  • Solves complex UI, UX, and design problems using the best UCD practices.
  • Presents work to different stakeholders and leadership for review and feedback.
  • Partners with research team to facilitate user research tests.
  • As self-starter, works autonomously to tackle several large design initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Uses established Design System standards and contributes to it on regular basis.
  • Effectively works with various stakeholders and help find alignment towards shared goals.



Knowledge and Abilities required:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional mobile UX design experience in an established product.
  • Strong knowledge in user centered design principles, accessibility standards, inclusive design, user research, and design thinking.
  • Strong visual design skill and meticulous attention to details.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills. Must be able to articulate design decisions effectively to stakeholders.
  • Good intuition developed from working on an expansive set of projects and are able steer any project in the right direction from start-to-finish.
  • Complete mastery over Figma including complex components, advanced and highly interactive prototypes.
  • Big picture mindset with ability to think strategically and translate output into tactical work.



For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $86,300 - $143,800, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
