About the opportunity

As the Design Lead, you play an important role on the corporate marketing team. You are a highly motivated leader that is engaging, influences change, develops new ideas, and improves processes. You have a beautiful aesthetic and artistic eye, while understanding how to deliver quality within a business context. You have a solid understanding of B2B strategy and understand how to apply design as the strategic differentiator.

Reporting to the Creative Director, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction and strategy of the creative, collaborate with others and be a part of a world-class marketing team.

What you'll get to do

  • Develop original design concepts, graphics and layouts that excite the market, educate prospects, and acquire new customers
  • Create engaging word-class experiences that celebrate innovation and drive brand vision
  • Design impactful and stunning mainstage presentations through visual storytelling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-converting landing pages, emails, and digital campaigns that engage target audiences
  • Manage direct reports (designers) by providing guidance and constructive feedback
  • Review and approve projects to ensure designers are producing quality work that reflects brand standards
  • Manage & execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, efficiently meeting deadlines
  • Partner with design agency to share latest brand standards and assets

Skills and Experience we value

  • Bachelor's degree in art, design, marketing, communications, and other relevant fields.
  • 8+ years of related experience in agency or corporate setting
  • Management experience with direct reports
  • Experience in B2B marketing strategies and creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, but also understand offline and print
  • A high-level of proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong verbal communication/presentation skills
  • Works well under pressure and tight time frames with ability to ensure rapid turn-around on projects
  • High level of enthusiasm and patience with ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • You are a role model to fellow designers by sharing best practices in concept development, design process, new tools, and ideas.
  • You are the SME for the brand and educates our partners and design agencies with the latest brand standards and assets.
  • You demonstrate agility through managing and executing multiple projects simultaneously while thriving in a fast-paced virtual environment #LI-Remote
