Your day to day

Job Summary -

Develop and manage digital marketing campaign strategy and production for both brand-specific and multi-brand audiences in order to (1) increase revenue and (2) increase overall engagement for our brands' offerings online. Campaign initiatives include multi-brand, brand and loyalty commercial campaigns across multi-channel platforms: email, social, paid social, programmatic, print, ooh and web. Responsible for developing and managing campaign strategy, concepting, production and delivery. Ensure that the key brand value proposition and commercial strategies are incorporated into all campaign messaging. Manage key stakeholder relationships both (internal and external) to ensure consistent development of high quality visual and written content as necessary to support the strategy. Develop , validate and deliver against campaign strategies and deadlines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities -

  • Responsible for developing and leading content strategy and production. Content responsibilities can include campaigns for brand specific, multi-brand , industry specific and promotional content.
  • Works with internal stakeholders to ensure content strategies are aligned with business goals, brand voice and consumer targets
  • Works with agencies & internal resources to develop campaign content as necessary to support key strategic intiatives
  • Develop and enforce best practices as it relates to content for the multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Documents processes relating to content development, production, delivery and governance. Enforces processes as necessary.
  • Manages relationships with external vendors
  • Ensures campaign development is in line with other marketing calendars and is complimentary of efforts across marketing teams.
  • Work with regional counterparts to ensure strategies and on-going content development is properly localized and developed.
  • Partner with consumer insights, analytics, regional teams, etc. to understand and act upon travel and hotel industry needs through content strategy across in unique markets
  • Ensure content strategy and development efforts are aligned with other key campaign priorities and goals, such as search engine optimization.



What we need from you

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a relevant field of work, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

  • Experience -


3 years progressive work-related experience in campaign strategy and content marketing or similar, with a minimum of 3 years professional-level experience in marketing and demonstrated experience managing creative content strategies required.

  • Technical Skills and Knowledge -
  • Demonstrated project management experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale marketing projects from conception through implementation.
  • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing information to clients, vendors, senior management and staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement channel marketing content initiatives. Interactive/Internet marketing or agency experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated understanding of project and product management and supporting methodologies.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
  • Demonstrated "Internet literacy" (both theoretical and practical knowledge of how the Internet works, how it can be used for both informational and transactional purposes, and the basic evolutionary history of the medium), required.
  • Must possess superior problem-solving skills combined with team facilitation skill
