Position Purpose: Manage the brand, copywriting, creative designs and lead copy and graphic design team. Ensure collaborative development of print and online design with key internal and external partners. Manage brand standards across brands, products, and lines of business. Manage team of associates who develop and oversee creative services standards, techniques and methods.

• Manage a team who are responsible for translating marketing objectives into creative concepts. Responsible for managing creative/design projects from concept to completion.
• Manage internal copy and graphic design staff to ensure brand standards are met for all deliverables.
• Partner with internal teams including marketing, sales, and product teams regarding corporate identity, design standards and policies, and strategic design techniques.
• Work together with external partners to obtain bids, manage production timelines and ensure brand standards are met for all deliverables.
• Manage design team in the development and production of marketing materials for internal and external clients (collateral, ID cards, new member materials, etc.) to ensure quality, budget and brand standards are met.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Web Design, Creative Services, Communications or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, creative service, copywriting, or communications.
• Experience in health care industry is preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of supervisory/management experience.
