Learning Design Professionals in Humana MarketPoint support and educate our internal associates and sales agents - from newly onboarding agents to seasoned agents. Responsibilities
In this role, you'll analyze and organize content, design both facilitator-led and self-paced learning solutions, and partner with subject matter experts to ensure you're building the right things for the right audiences. You'll manage multiple projects at a time. You'll write effective learning objectives and performance assessments to measure training effectiveness. You'll track and analyze training program effectiveness by examining learner satisfaction levels, proficiency testing, and job performance improvement. You'll be able to use social media and collaborative tools to facilitate learning. You'll use consultative skills to work with clients and determine whether learning solutions are necessary or relevant. You'll help us influence our department's culture and strategy. You'll make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues on your projects, and you'll work both with a team and independently.
Required Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of adult learning theory and curriculum development
- Graphic Design skills
- Robust experience with rapid development tools like Articulate 360 suite, Adobe products (PhotoShop, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat), Camtasia
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems
- Communications experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish is a big plus!
Additional Information
- This is a fully remote position. We don't care where you live, as long as it's in the United States! There might be minimal travel once a year for team meetings.
