The Challenge:
Qualtrics is looking for a junior designer who is hungry to create great work. The ideal candidate will embrace modern aesthetics and have a strong grasp of visual design and HTML/CSS. They are passionate about the tech industry and constantly keeping track of new innovations and learning what’s new.
The Junior Brand Designer will work with the broader marketing team to produce a variety of thoughtful, compelling brand assets. and should be passionate about typography, display advertising, video editing, and everything in between. They will hone their design skills while also playing an active role in brand strategy, driving large scale impact for the company.
Expectations for Success:
- Assist the Qualtrics marketing team in increasing global brand awareness, proliferating and growing share of voice, and generating visually engaging content that will help grow demand and leads for the Qualtrics sales team
- Work type will include corporate decks, social media imagery, and marketing collateral such as e-books, infographics, designing custom landing pages for Qualtrics.com and more
- Transition between various digital channels including web and mobile app, including performing updates to Qualtrics.com and affiliate web sites
- Collaborate with the product marketing and demand generation teams to flesh out new concepts
Qualifications & Requirements:
- The ideal candidate for the Junior Brand/UI/UX Designer role has 1-2 years’ experience.
- Must be proficient with standard design software including the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere) and Sketch.
- A basic understanding of HTML, CSS and managing content in WordPress is preferred.
