What You'll Do

You will be creating mobile and instructor-led training curriculum and delivery solutions for Safety training. You will need to have a creative and consultative mindset with both strategic and tactical learning development expertise. You will be working on a long-term project that will go at least through the end of 2022.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years’ experience in instructional design
• 3+ years’ experience using the following tools for eLearning development:
  
  • Articulate Storyline
  • Articulate 360 and RISE
  • HTML 5
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Camtasia and Vyond
• 2+ years’ experience working with different multimedia features such as audio files, graphics, digital photography, animation and gamification tools
• Experience using rapid prototyping development processes to create web-based, digital, virtual, mobile, and instructor-led learning solutions
• Demonstrated expertise in communicating to various levels of leadership within the organization
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related discipline
• Ability to work both individually and collaboratively to effectively manage multiple initiatives
• Highly organized and efficient, with a continuous improvement mindset
• Experience in technical writing and documentation
• Safety Training Background Preferred
• Proficiency in creating interactive media and digital media for web publishing and computer-based training solutions.
• Experience creating mobile learning solutions, creating the curriculum infrastructure within a mobile platform and uploading content to a mobile LMS platform.
