An Insider's view of Emerge

What’s the vibe like in the office?

The Emerge Office culture is super solid. We start our weeks with a Monday meeting where we recognize solid work from the week prior and get set up for the week. This meeting has cheering, applause, training, and giveaways. Our office was designed by one of our employees and has a very modern vibe – fun music playing, fun activities, and more!

Director of Marketing

How has your career grown since starting at the company?

My career has changed so much since starting here. In coming to Emerge, I entered a brand new industry with very little knowledge of the market. I now have more confidence and a definitive idea of where I want to take my career. Emerge changes every day, and that startup culture breeds innovation and brings in the best people. I love it.

Manager of Business Development

What is your vision for the company?

Emerge’s vision is “to change the way that freight is procured”. We believe that this process is fundamentally broken as parties are falsifying information, and spending several months a year forecasting/planning/executing procurement events; only to have everything fall apart a few months later.
