Group Lead- Experience Design
The Group Lead for Experience Design is a leadership role requiring a systems-level thinker and design strategist at heart. You partner closely with the Head of Design to craft a vision of enterprise transformation that is oriented around delivering an exceptional data- insights and analytics platform experience for internal teams. Through collaborations with parallel teams and management of direct reports you will be hands-on leading that vision through socialization- ideation and brainstorming- research- design- testing and deployment. Your objective is to answer the question; "How might we create a flawless end-to-end enterprise experience across every single touchpoint- bridging gaps across digital and analogue to deliver sustained- quantifiable value for one of the worlds most beloved brands".
The Digital Revolution- Enterprise Design practice is entering an exciting period of growth. You will assume a leadership role in developing strategic partnerships- both internally and externally to position human-centered design thinking at the forefront of our innovation. This role will be responsible for managing direct reports.
You will:

  • Inject design into the product development lifecycle through each stage: ideation- concepting- feasibility- development- deployment- QA- analysis.
  • Lead formal usability testing sessions (on-site and remote).
  • Conduct user research by using and/or creating personas- behavioral archetypes- site maps- user flows- user interviews- card sorting- hero journeys- competitive audits and market research.
  • Lead service design/mapping/blueprinting exercises.
  • Assume a research-based approach when building out wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes for review- stakeholder signoff and handoff to engineering.
  • Demonstrate excellence in presenting designs and defending solutions with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions- IA/sitemap development.
  • Apply user-centered design- behavioral pattern development and human factors standards as the lens through which all projects are approached and solutions presented.
  • Demonstrate a deep industry knowledge of web and mobile design standards to inform decision-making and elevation of the broader team- methodically defining our standards for the design practice at Kraft Heinz.


Who you are

  • Proven SaaS experience
  • A critical- confident and clear voice for UX and design-centered thinking within Kraft Heinz.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Capable of verbally defending and compromising on design solutions- embracing an agile- iterative approach to excellence when necessary.
  • Demonstrate the skills to empathize with users.
  • Able to apply a keen business sense in understanding the balance between perfection and deployment obligations.
  • Ability to solution across devices- frameworks- platforms- responsive states etc.
  • Expertise working within and contributing to design systems that consistently scale across platforms.
  • Prior experience leading people and teams.
  • Deep understanding of BI/Analytics- data visualization design and report modeling.
  • Figma- Adobe Creative Suite- Tableau- PowerBI- React- Microstrategy.

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
We believe our office environment fuels our collaboration, connection & community as an organization and allows our employees to grow toward greatness. We also believe providing a more flexible and agile model is essential in today's workplace. A majority of our office-based employees will be able to work remotely for up to two days each week. Additionally, employees who are subject to this hybrid model will be eligible to work from anywhere for up to six weeks in a rolling 12-month period (in maximum two-week increments and according to benefits and tax guidelines). Some jobs may be required to be performed fully in office depending on the role's responsibilities and requirements.
Base Salary Range: $125,400.00 - $156,800.00
