Graphic Designer
Quickbase is helping organizations reshape the world around us-and we need a skilled graphic designer to help tell that story through compelling, engaging creative experiences. Our brand team is looking for a visual storyteller, a creative professional who can use their design skills to bring our brand story to life and capture our audience's attention.
While design is a big part of this role, this job isn't just about execution-you'll be partnering with colleagues across our marketing team and the entire organization to develop creative strategy and visualize concepts that effectively tell our story.
Responsibilities:
Partner within marketing and other parts of the business to develop creative concepts to address business needs, supporting the development of brand-compliant creative work.
Design and develop brand-compliant creative work across marketing and the broader organization, including: digital ads, email templates, print/digital collateral, whitepapers, ebooks, logo design, etc.
Manage freelance creative resources to meet the needs of the organization as required; source and manage creative vendors as appropriate.
Partner with our digital team to evolve overall digital experience and branding, building key visual design elements to support our web properties.
Establish creative processes, templates, and technology to scale creative workload.
Things we'd like you to have:
3-5 years' experience in creative design, ideally in software/SaaS companies
A knack for getting to the heart of a story and expressing complex ideas through visual and creative elements
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite required
Strong creative/web portfolio
Excellent communication and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
Resourceful with a can-do attitude-you naturally look up answers via Google, blogs, and help tools
